The Tomato Pie Cafe

Whenever my family shops in Lititz, Pennsylvania, we like to stop for lunch at the local Tomato Pie Cafe. It's a favorite among our friends as well who occasionally visit Lititz. Close in distance to some antique stores as well as the Wilbur Chocolate factory, the Tomato Pie Cafe is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy some hearty meals.

When our table was ready, we were led upstairs to a cozy, quaint room with surrounding windows and gold-rimmed mirrors. My mother thought the old-fashioned setting made it seem like we were dining inside an actual colonial home! I liked how the symbol of the cafe - a tomato tree - was carved onto each of the tables.

I was delighted to read off the menu a dish called "Baked Acorn Squash." With farro, quinoa, rice, apples, cranberries and glazed walnuts, it sounded like very fulfilling and scrumptious, so I decided to order it and was very pleased with its presentation! It tasted just as delicious as it looked.

Filled to the brim!

It was lovely getting to eat in the upstairs room and relax for an hour before continuing our Christmas shopping. Our waitress was also very kind and attentive to our needs.

With its cozy atmosphere and wide variety of healthy meals to choose from, the Tomato Pie Cafe is understandably popular in Lititz and has a 4.4/5 star rating on Google reviews! The next time we come to Lititz, we will be sure to stop by again for a satisfying meal...
