Lux Naturals Bath Bomb Review

Believe it or not, I was never a fan of bath bombs when they first came out. Personally, I don't prefer to see bright colors or glitter in the bath, so that’s why I never felt the need to buy one until recently. As I was browsing through the natural cosmetics section of a health store, I came across a few bath bombs with light pastel colors. The labels read “Lux Naturals” and featured detoxifying ingredients like kaolin clay and lavender essential oil.

Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric acid, Sweet Almond oil, Kaolin Clay, Vitamin E, Lavender Essential Oil, Mineral Pigment, Lavender buds
At the time, I had been looking for ways to improve my sleeping patterns, so I knew a lavender-scented bath would be the perfect remedy!

I was happy to find that the herbal lavender bath bomb did not fizz and melt into a bright purple mixture. Instead, it made the water a very slight milky shade of purple. The mild scent of lavender filled the room from the moment I dropped it in which made it feel more like a spa experience!

After the bath, my skin felt smooth and lightly moisturized with a lingering smell of lavender that helped to calm my nerves and prepare for a good night’s rest. Along with the herbal lavender bath bomb, there are other scents called “Citrus Pop!”, “Eucalyptus Sea”, and “Moonlight Pomegranate” that I can't wait to try!

For my review, I give this Lux Natural bath bomb a 9/10, only because I wasn’t fond of the small lavender buds (on the top of the bath bomb) that remained on the surface after it fizzed. Other than that, it was a calming experience, and I look forward to trying out the others!

Along with their bath products, I also love Lux Natural's "Salted Caramel" candle. Salted caramel is one of my favorite flavors, and this natural scented candle has been the best one I've purchased!

Are there any both bombs you love to use? Let me know in the comments!
